Hello and happy Saturday, friends,
Kim and I have made exciting progress since we last wrote. Here's a look:
Our Initial Retreat Location Has Been Secured!!!
While we admittedly don't have the signed contract in hand yet, we're pleased to announce that the Easter Seals of New Hampshire, and specifically, the leadership of the currently-under-construction Easter Seals Military and Veterans Campus, has approved a generously discounted rate for Sibling Strong Retreats to be the initial participants of the Campus' new Retreat Center.
The Retreat Center boasts 22 hotel-like rooms, and in Phase A of construction, due for completion by end of June, will have a 1500 sq ft conference space, a smaller 1200 sq ft. conference space, a 600-800 sq ft Gold Star/ Blue Star Lounge, a library lounge, and a 1500 sq ft. recreation room, with a pool table, ping pong table, etc.
Additionally, the Retreat Campus rests on the banks of the Merrimack River, with access to the rail trail and e-bikes. Phase 2 of the Retreat Center Campus will include a multipurpose building for equine and dog therapy, a rock climbing wall, a ropes course, an outdoor performance stage, and more!

Advisory Council Formation
From the beginning, Kim and I knew it was important to assemble a team of expert advisors to share their insights, challenge our thinking, and question our assumptions, all while keeping the sibilngs we serve in the forefront of everyone's mind.
Well, we're proud to announce that we've begun building our Advisory Council, and we have some truly special individuals, all with lived and professional experience with loss, grief, and healing. We invite you to check out their profiles here.
GoFundMe Fundraising Campaign
Kim and I also want to keep our retreats financially attainable by most, so while we nail down the final details on pricing, we're also launching a GoFundMe campaign to help alleviate costs for this initial retreat. Check it out here, or donate immediately below!
Thank you!
-Ben & Kim
