Week 3 Karaoke Challenge
Our first tie-breaker! This week, three folks tied for first with donations of $100 -- we used a number randomizing wheel to select, and Sean O'Regan was our winner with the song "Dirty Water" (about the city of Boston) by the Standells.
But first, Ben's thoughts...
This was a new song to me, and it was a fun one! About the city of Boston, "Dirty Water" has a grungy feel to its vocals and instrumentals, a bit reminiscent of the Rolling Stones. The elevator music playing while I made my announcement was kinda funny... and I hadn't realized there was a longer version of the song than I'd been practicing, so I got a few extra seconds on stage. I enjoyed this!
